Got our puppy seen for some sickly behaviors and scheduled for his shots. Super kind staff and very friendly

I brought my dogs here. My dogs nose is drying out and they charged me over $700 and my dogs nose is getting worse. The lady helping seemed like she did not want to help or had no knowledge of the issue. The didn’t help very much with my insurance and my insurance is saying this was a preexisting condition. When this is something that just starting happening . I wouldn’t come here unless you wanna feel ripped off and your dog still sick
