Dr Whalen and the staff are always wonderful and very kind. They are so energetic, helpful and knowledgeable. You call tell they love animals and truly care for them. We have gone here with our other 3year old Golden and the service is always phenomenal. We are treated like family and love the way they're always so helpful, nice and welcoming. Thanks for all that you do!!

I’ve been taking my pets to Happy Tails for the past 14 years and I truly can’t say enough good things about this team. When I had to say goodbye to my 17 year old cat Tyson, they were incredibly kind, compassionate, and sensitive throughout the entire process. Losing him was heartbreaking, and afterward I became extremely anxious about the health of my other pets. I found myself making frequent trips to the vet because I was constantly worried that something was wrong. What meant so much to me was that they never made me feel crazy, dramatic, or like I was wasting their time. They listened to my concerns, reassured me that my pets were okay, and never tried to push unnecessary labs, tests, or expenses just because I was anxious. Instead, they helped me understand that this kind of worry can be a very normal part of grieving the loss of a beloved pet. That compassion and reassurance meant more to me than they probably realize. I’ve actually moved about 30 minutes away since I first started going here, but I still make the drive to Happy Tails because I trust them completely with my animals. After 14 years, they genuinely feel like more than just a veterinary practice — they’re people I know I can trust when it comes to the pets I love most. I’m incredibly grateful for everyone at Happy Tails and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary team that truly cares about both their patients and the people who love them.
