Dr. Butler did an amazing job on my a Rhea’s teeth sadly she had to get extractions :-(.. She is soo much happier now and playing with friends!( she was hiding , not trying to eat and growling before )He explained why he did what he did or what he didn’t do!

They treated my critical dog with compassion, he was transferred to a higher level ICU hospital, but they still reached out to me to get updates on him. And when my new puppy got sick they treated him with compassion too.

We headed here last night after our dog suddenly collapsed. It was a 20-minute drive for us, and unfortunately, when we arrived, the clinic was closed. Our dog died in the parking lot while we were trying to find another emergency clinic. I completely understand that clinics have hours and may close, but I do wish the closure had been posted online or otherwise made clear. If we had known this clinic was closed, we would have gone directly to another emergency clinic. In an emergency, those extra minutes can matter tremendously. I hope the clinic will consider keeping its hours and closure information updated online so other families don't find themselves in the same situation.

I wish I were writing this review under different circumstances, but the staff at Seven Hills deserves recognition. We brought our beloved family cat in for what we suspected was a UTI, that ended up being much more emergent and ultimately resulted in euthanasia. The staff were quick to get us in and get us answers despite never seeing us as patients before, the doctor was incredibly honest and compassionate and the techs arranged for our toddler daughter to be occupied in a different room while we said goodbye. Their process was thoroughly communicated, effectively itemized with cost transparency every step of the way. In this period of hardship, I will have only grateful memories for the people that helped make this unexpected tragedy a little easier to manage. Thank you.
